Seriously though, how are we only a few weeks away from Christmas?! 2016 has flown by and if I am being honest, I am ready for it to end. This has been one tough ass year so Aaron and I are determined to own 2017 in every way possible…starting with Europe! We are so close that I can actually taste it…and pay for it.
As we prepare for the end of year, a lot of people have been asking Aaron and I what we want as gifts. It has been hard this year when trying to give ideas since all we can think about is our trip overseas. So, I decided to craft up a travel inspired gift guide and share it here on the blog. Here is part one of our gift guide for the travel lover in your life.
Audible Subscription [$150] || As a book lover, I never thought I would like something like Audible. However, packing books while traveling is a pain in the ass since they take up a lot of space and once you’re done reading them, you’re done. This gift will allow your travel lover to download books on the go and listen to them while they make their way across the Globe.
Passport Cover [$40] || If you know a girl who loves to travel, get her a cute passport cover. I promise you it will be in a flatlay on her Instagram soon enough and she will be proud to show that thing off to every Customs employee she encounters.
Travel Cardholder [$60] || Even the most experienced traveler can never be too careful when it comes to keeping track of his/her personal items. I am not ashamed to admit that I am the girl who checks her bag 3 times to be sure the credit cards, passports, and photo id’s are all in their place. This travel card holder is the perfect all-in-one safe spot for your important cards.
Portable Charger [$13] || Who doesn’t want an extra charger with them at all times? These little devices take up very little space in your bag and are a life saver when your phone dies on you mid-excursion. They are also perfection when you need an extra charge in an airport or mid-flight.
Luggage Tags [$26] || Luggage tags can be exceptionally helpful, especially if you are checking a bag or staying in a hostel. The chance of your luggage being lost forever greatly reduces when you have one of these with you information printed on it. Oh, and how adorable are these his & hers tags from Kate Spade? I know, so cute!
Headphones [$100] || I don’t care who you are or where you are going, headphones are a must. I recently upgraded my headphones to a wireless pair from Beats and it is one of the best investment purchases I have made. They make any commute one that you can survive and help me a lot when editing footage for our future YouTube channel.
Travel Security Lock [$25] || Know someone who travels long term? Maybe your cousin is planning on backpacking through Europe (like us!). These travel locks are the best stocking stuffer and they will be one of the best things your travel lover brings with them on their trip. They protect everything you own on the road.
Cosmetic Bag [$21] || To all my lady travelers – one cosmetic bag that fits all of your travel size products is a must! Ask for a cute one like this one (cause champagne is always a good idea) and commit yourself to only bringing what fits in that bag. You will thank me later!
