While my personal style isn’t necessarily in the ‘farmhouse’ realm, I have to admit that I am a pretty big fan of the Hearth & Hand collection that Chip & Joanna Gaines created with Target. There are so many pieces within their collections that can be fit into other styles which makes them great buys for pretty much anyone. When I saw they recently dropped their 2018 holiday line at Target, I was excited to see what they had in store. I have to admit – I am really impressed. Here are my top 10 picks from the holiday collection.

I am not the most traditional when it comes to decorating for the holidays. Rather than slathering my home in green and red, I like to pull a variety of colors that bring in the warmth & comfort of the season without making it look like Santa threw up all over my house. I really love how Hearth & Hand followed this by using a mix of metals and shades such as blue and black.

Along with using mixed metals and a more modern color palette, they did a great job incorporating interesting patterns and textures into the collection. For instance, there is a variety of plaid stockings, throws, and pillows to choose from. They also modernized the idea of garland by using wood textures like in the beaded piece above.

I am oddly really into the idea of an advent calendar this year (not sure where that came from…) and this collection has a few options. I especially liked this modern wood tile version that tosses in little pops of color. Another favorite of mine for this season is using really organic materials to create a pretty landscape on my dining room table. Draping this white berry garland strand along the center of the table gives the perfect touch of earthiness to the room.

Following up on the trend above, are these adorable mini cedar wreaths which look really beautiful wrapped around a holiday candle. They perfectly bring the outdoors inside of the home without overpowering the space. I also need to applaud the kitchen pieces that were added to their collection. The handcrafted style along with the touch of gold has my little heart beating. I found myself especially drawn to these couple-style mugs.

As someone who likes to keep her tree pretty monochromatic, I was surprised to find myself swooning over these colorful ornaments from the collection. The different shapes and colors all seemed to tie together with the touch of gold and are just downright adorable. The collection also showcases some nice hardware options for hanging stockings or wreaths around the home. Along with a beautiful matte black option, they have this stunning gold piece that I just might be using in our home this year.

To shop all of the Hearth & Hand collection, head over to the Target website and be sure to let me know what your favorite pieces are!
