Not sure what all of you did this past weekend, but I spent quite a bit of time watching endless Snapchat stories from Coachella. I have to be honest, Coachella has always been a secret bucket list items for me (one that I don’t tell people I am dying to do, but secretly search for tickets every year). It’s a festival that supplies both amazing music and summer’s best fashion. What’s not to love?
In honor of this dream worthy festival (that I will attend at some point before I’m too old for it to be cool) I decided to make this month’s Five Finds festival-themed.
Junior BP Floppy Hat $36 || I decided earlier this year that I would make an investment in the perfect floppy hat for this summer. Turns out, the investment will actually be super affordable since there are a ton of perfectly priced options out there. I especially love this one (found at Nordstrom) with an added tassel detail. It is the perfect boho-chic look and can provide added protection from the intense sun throughout the weekend. Not to mention you can use this as an accessory with a ton of looks.
Sans Souci Cold Trapeze Top $29 || Keeping with the tassel trend, how cute is this trapeze top? There is nothing I love more than a lightweight top that flows away from the body for summer and this one is in the perfect neutral tone. As I have mentioned many times, I am all for neutral tones and this beige beauty is the perfect ‘nude.’ This would be perfect paired with denim in almost any way – ripped shorts, distressed pants, mini skirts, etc…
Bumble & Bumble Anti-Humidity Gel-Oil $34 || The one thing that I covet most about a festival like Coachella is that messy hair is key to looking amazing. This means the less you do to perfect your hair, the better and who doesn’t love that? To keep the frizz-factor to a minimum during summers I like to use products made for controlling hair in hot climates. Whether your hair is naturally curly or you just add some waves by braiding your hair the night before, this stuff is magic for maintaining an effortless style under the sun.
Urban Decay Beached Bronzer $28 || Do I even need to explain why bronzer is on this list? While I personally like to keep my makeup fresh and lightweight for any concert, I still make sure I am bronzed and glowing. Urban Decay has come out with an amazing summer collection and this bronzer is my favorite from the set. It is the perfect way to add a bit of tan to the skin and it blends like a dream. Oh, and can we talk about the packaging? So cute for summer!
Panacea Howlite Bracelet $38 || I have been loving the stacked bracelet trend this year and this piece is even better since it is essentially one layered piece. This makes it ideal for traveling and adds a bunch of character to a look. This with some ripped denim and a relaxed t-shirt and you are set!
