Last week I featured the stunning work of Gray Malin who has become one of my favorite photographers as of late. Well, this week I am adding some company to Mr. Malin with the introduction of Rog Walker.
Not sure what has gotten into me, but lately I have been on a serious photography kick. I can’t even admit to you all how many hours I have spent researching various photographers and their work this past month. The more I discover, the more I fall in love, and the more I feel compelled to share with you all.
Stumbling onto the site of Rog Walker’s work was pretty much an answer to all of my photo-loving prayers. The street swag, the tone, and the dark hues of his photographs are an editorial dream. And after watching his visual bio (here), you can’t deny the depth that is within him.
The thing that has me most drawn to Mr. Walker is the authentic vibe that emerges from his photos. You can see that he is really capturing moments and not just taking photos.
There is this effortless coolness that comes across in his photography; one that makes you want to be a part of his work. This is especially the case in his portraits.
All photos belong to Rog Walker. Edits to title photo by RachelInFlight.Pin It
